Who we want to be friends with this week may not only depend on money, but also on an evolving value gap. Yes, even someone we’ve been fond of for a long time can get under your skin if they develop different ideas about what’s important. On the other hand, someone who is too idealistic might get under your skin.

When Venus makes a delightful connection with Neptune and then Pluto, those who really matter can come through strong, and when Mercury invades either of its two Gemini home zones the pace of life can quicken. This will be supplemented on Sunday by Venus itself and heralds the early probing of the Gemini season, which will become clearer by June 20.

The Sun and Uranus are sparkling brightly together, however, and if there ever was a time to replace restlessness, nervousness, and restriction, that is well thought out, this week it is. On the face of Cancer, Mars will give a useful heavenly hand and urge us to be more in touch with our emotions.

The sun collides with the moon on Monday with a quarter lunation and with Saturn all week. One thing we all need to do is connect with those we can relate to. Avoid getting rich with friends or groups unless the terms and conditions for the participants are crystal clear and convincing. Saturn can of course be about limitation. So when we feel the urge to splash out something quite luxurious, the best thing we should know is that there is some practical value, rather than something that may soon lose its luster.
